Leaders and Scouts
It is just about time for our largest pack event of the year. Given the expected number of people, we have made arrangements to have the event in the Pasco recreation center up on US41 on the left hand side (heading North). About 10 minutes north of SR 54. The facility is a little larger so all the parents to spread out a little to cheer their scouts onto victory. The defending champs this year are held by two bears and a wolf so let’s see what this year brings.

The scouts are on the registration list so they will just need to have their car weighed in. We are asking if you have other children that are racing, please let your den leader know in advance so they can add the name to the registration list in advance to get the racing started as quickly as possible.
For those new to the event, the biggest rule you need to be aware of is make sure no liquid lubricant on the axles. This leaves a residue on the track and just makes a mess. However don’t fear there will be a table set up with extra parts if this or anything else should happen. If there is a problem of any sort, please see a leader. There hasn’t been a problem yet that I haven’t seen fixable, let’s make sure everyone races that wants too.
