1. Register your new scout with the Boy Scout Association at my.scouting.org.

Note: At the end of online registration process, the site will ask you to pay a National Membership fee and a Boys Life magazine subscription. This is in addition to the Pack dues in Step 4 below.

2. Fill out the 2021-2022 Member Registration Form for Cub Scouts Pack 12.

3. Complete a Medical Release Form. Medical release forms will be stored in digital format. Filling out this form means you consent to using an electronic signature.

4. Submit forms and Pack Dues.

Returning Member Registration

1. Fill out the 2021-2022 Member Registration Form for Cub Scouts Pack 12.

2. If you need to update any details from previously, complete a new Medical Release Form. Medical release forms will be stored in digital format. Filling out this form means you consent to using an electronic signature.

3. Submit Forms and Pack Dues.

Pack Dues for 2021-2022 New Scouts are $125 and Returning Scouts are $70.

☝️ Pack Dues are in addition to any Boy Scouts of America National Group registration fees for new members collected by my.scouting.org when you filled out the online registration.

Pack Dues Payment

  1. Using Venmo dues can be paid by cash, check or Venmo (@CubScouts-PackTwelve)

  2. Include the child's name and grade they will be entering in the fall in the memo section for the venmo transaction.

We highly recommend that you copy and paste the actual email address into venmo. The most common reason that we do not receive payments is due to an incorrect email address. It must match exactly for the payment to be received.

All registration and pack due fees are non-refundable.
